This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive starting salary range of $65,000 to $90,000 per year and operates on a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday.
This role involves working closely with various teams across different offices to ensure that organizational processes are consistently followed. The ideal candidate will possess excellent people skills, the ability to lead organizational change, and a strong focus on efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure adherence to organizational processes
- Assist in leading and managing daily operations to drive efficiency and productivity
- Support the President in aligning operations with the company's broader goals
- Participate in the hiring process for new employees
- Manage and optimize processes within our accounting system (Deltek) and Salesforce
