Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will play a vital role in managing logistics and ensuring efficient transportation operations. The daily responsibilities of this position include coordinating driver schedules, communicating with customers and drivers, resolving transportation inquiries, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while providing excellent customer service.

Dispatcher highlights :

• Oversee a fleet of 60 drivers, ensuring they are dispatched to the correct mills with an appropriate amount of wood chips.
• Maintain frequent communication with drivers and mills via phone to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations.
• Use computer systems to monitor wood chip levels at mills and adjust dispatch accordingly to maintain efficiency.
• Track driver routes and speeds to ensure compliance with safety regulations and optimize delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address logistical challenges and maintain a steady flow of operations.
