2nd shift : 3 : 00PM - 11 : 00PM Monday thru Friday
Food Manufacturing Supervisor Responsibilities :
- Responsible for scheduling production floor work according to job priorities and ensuring that all operators are following the proper processes and procedures
- Supervise team of machine operators
- Enforce safety rules, PPE adherence, and environmental regulations
- Provide effective, constructive, and appropriate feedback and leadership to direct reports to foster a positive, team atmosphere
- Verify timecards and weekly hours prior to deadline
- Perform other duties deemed necessary to support the Company's business operations
