Salary : $22-$28 / hr
Our client, a large wholesale distributor of landscaping products, is looking for a Customer Service / Sales Representative to join their growing team!
The ideal candidate would be someone with a previous background in hardscape, agronomics and / or landscaping products.
Schedule : Monday- Friday (7 : 00am-4 : 00pm) during spring / summer season & (7 : 00am-3 : 00pm) during winter season
Pay : $22.00 - $28.00 per hour depending on experience
Responsibilities of the Customer Service / Sales Representative :
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Create, manage and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist customers with their questions needs in person, via the phone or through online ordering
- Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick-up and delivery
- Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow sales and customer base
- Assist with merchandising product, managing inventory and other store tasks
- Partner with leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways to improve business
