Job Title : Account Specialist

Location : Mendota, IL (Onsite, Hybrid Fridays Optional)

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

Compensation : $20.00-$25.00 / hour

The Account Specialist will report to the Director of Sales, with a dotted line to the Key Account Manager. This critical role supports the development and coordination of account activities to meet the daily and annual needs of our key customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth operations and timely responses to client needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze current and historical customer schedules to ensure accurate planning.
• Maintain an open communication system to inform stakeholders of schedule changes.
• Create and validate customer sales orders for all products, utilizing schedules obtained online or via email.
• Retrieve and save purchase orders, sales orders, plans, and selections to maintain comprehensive records.
• Differentiate between multiple customers to accurately schedule products specific to each.
• Keep schedules live and verify key dates to ensure accurate tracking and delivery timelines.
• Communicate with construction supervisors to obtain scheduling and delivery information.
• Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries and customer service questions, directing them to the appropriate department.
• Create initial cabinetry layouts and designs using design software, as needed.
• Act as a liaison for delivery services, ensuring schedules align with customer expectations.
• Facilitate effective communication regarding design needs and execute necessary design changes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Adapt to evolving responsibilities based on business needs.
