Key Responsibilities 🔍

• Cash Applications & Reconciliation :

Assist with cash applications and reconcile transactions to the general ledger each week. 📊

Monitor and balance intercompany accounts. 🔄

Process employee expense reports for the corporate office. 💳

Assist in the financial reporting process for internal management reporting. 📈

Balance sales tax entries using Avalara tax software, including maintenance and new set-ups. 🧾

Manage email inbox, task lists, and regular team communications. 📧

Develop and maintain up-to-date work instructions for core responsibilities. 🔧

Assist with audit requests as needed. ?

Qualifications 🎓

Strong Microsoft Office skills. 💻
