Express is hiring a Part-Time Maintenance and Grounds Keeper to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of an apartment complex. This role is perfect for college students or anyone looking to earn extra income!
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform routine grounds maintenance (painting, cleaning, sweeping, weeding, etc.)
- Use tools such as a scooper, broom, and occasionally a dolly
- Conduct pressure washing and painting, including exterior tasks such as curbs
- Operate power tools (lawn mower, edger, string trimmer, hedge shears, pressure washer, etc.)
- Work independently or as part of a team as needed
- Lift up to 40 lbs and empty trash bins
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
