Responsibilities :
- Manage and track the status of critical production parts with external suppliers and internal processes.
- Maintain professional and courteous relationships with suppliers while ensuring they meet schedule requirements.
- Identify and resolve supplier issues by coordinating with internal support teams and customers.
- Participate in daily production meetings and provide updates on part status.
- Conduct short- and long-term material analysis to identify shortages and communicate gaps to the procurement team and leadership.
- Assist in the procurement of long-lead materials, ensuring availability for production schedules.
