Inventory Control Technician

Express Employment is seeking a Production Inventory Control Technician in McGregor, MN to manage inventory, track work-in-progress, and ensure accurate data reporting. Responsibilities include cycle counting, material flow management, discrepancy reconciliation, and system updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track, manage, and organize inventory and parts like a pro.
- Keep production stocked and ready to roll.
- Troubleshoot inventory issues before they become chaos.
- Support audits and coordinate external inventory counts.
- Prepare work orders and assist with labeling/instructions.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Manufacturing inventory control experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; Syspro or ERP experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and mathematical skills.
- Ability to multitask like a boss
