Responsibilities :

  • Maintain production schedules to ensure timely output.
  • Ensure all quality standards are met to deliver top-notch products.
  • Foster a positive morale and overall culture amongst floor employees.
  • Promote a safe and hazard-free working environment.
  • Keep production on schedule without compromising quality.
  • Limit tardiness and absenteeism by keeping morale and motivation high.
  • Utilize strong leadership skills to guide and manage the production team.

Requirements :

  • Strong leadership skills are paramount.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of product lines and production processes.
  • Previous production lead experience is a must.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to motivate and encourage a team.
  • Ability to set a standard for excellence.
  • Ability to have difficult conversations when necessary.
  • Tactful and diplomatic in handling sensitive issues.
  • A team player and leader who can operate various production equipment including extruders, lifts, cutting machines, etc.
