Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM OR Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Overview:

The warehouse associate II is responsible for assisting in a variety of warehouse duties including but not limited to loading and unloading product orders, stocking, storing warehouse inventory, and fulfilling purchase orders as necessary while ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. NPW retains the right to change or assign other duties to this position.

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup to ensure accuracy (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products accordingly to ensure accuracy (pick, unload, label, store)
• Maintain productivity standards in assigned work area and job function.
• Process and invoice purchase orders
• Follow the guidelines for safety and use of all designated equipment.
• Organize warehouse and work area to avoid product error and safety mishaps.
• Follow directions and communicate job issues to the supervisor or manager.
• Report any workplace hazards and accidents to your supervisor or manager.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the warehouse manager.
• Perform time-sensitive tasks with little to no supervision.
• Typical job positions include Bulk Zone, Picker, Packer, and Stocker

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using handheld scanner and relevant software.
• Ability to work in more than one department successfully.
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to navigate our website for shipping purposes.
• Forklift certification is a plus!

Physical Requirements:

• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to twenty (20) pounds unassisted.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds unassisted.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to read, talk, and hear.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk; bend at waist and knees, use hands and reach with arms.
