Key Responsibilities :
Document Collection & Verification :
Contact clients to request and collect required documentation for financed deals.
Ensure all submitted documents meet compliance and financing company guidelines.
Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of collected documents.
Client Communication :
Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients throughout the document collection process.
Follow up with clients to address missing or incorrect documentation.
Provide clear instructions and guidance to clients on required documents.
Deal Management :
Work with internal sales and Hunter Finance team to ensure deals remain on track.
Resolve issues that may arise during the document collection process.
Use persuasive and customer service skills to keep deals from souring or falling through.
Coordination & Organization :
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM and document management systems.
Track progress on all pending financed deals and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with sales representatives, operations, and financing partners to resolve any delays or roadblocks.
Compliance & Reporting :
Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and financing partner requirements.
Generate reports on pending deals, document status, and processing times
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or document management (2 years preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
- Basic sales or negotiation skills to maintain client trust and prevent deals from falling through.
- Familiarity with CRM software and document management platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant certifications.
Compensation Range
55,000—$65,000 USD
