Duties Include:
- Providing personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and dressing Assisting with medication as directed by healthcare providers
- Supporting mobility and heavy lifting as needed
- Engaging clients in meaningful activities to promote well-being
- Preparing meals and helping with cooking based on dietary requirements
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with memory care activities
- Keeping the environment clean and safe
- Documenting care and reporting changes in condition to appropriate personnel Requirements:
- Experience in senior care, community care, or home health is preferred
- Care for a medically fragile child under the age of 21
- Knowledge of memory care practices is an advantage
- Ability to assist with mobility needs and perform heavy lifting
- CPR certification is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport
- Compassionate, reliable, and punctual, with a desire to help others
- Ability to follow instructions and care plans effectively
- Flexible hours availability

Summary
As a Caregiver for a Family Member, you will provide essential support and assistance to ensure the well-being and comfort of your loved one. This role requires core caregiving skills, along with premium skills in patient observation, first aid, and home & community care. You will be responsible for creating and following care plans, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), and ensuring a safe environment.
