What You'll Do:
- Proactively recruit CDL and non-CDL drivers via job boards, social media, referrals, and cold outreach
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure strong matches
- Coordinate application paperwork, background checks, and onboarding
- Build relationships with drivers and maintain a talent pipeline
- Collaborate with operations and dispatch to understand hiring needs
- Represent ELE Logistics with energy, professionalism, and positivity
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 years of experience in driver recruiting, logistics, staffing, or sales preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and organized
- Familiarity with DOT compliance and transportation hiring standards is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
