Job Summary : Express Employment Professionals in Bellingham has partnered with a local construction company in Bellingham to find an Office Administrator to join their team! This is a full-time, long-term opportunity that offers competitive pay and benefits!

Job Duties & Responsibilities include :

Main entry reception. This includes greeting clients, determining their needs, and

contacting the corresponding personnel if appropriate

Arranging business travel plans for staff flights, hotels, rental cars, etc.

Distributing incoming mail and preparing all outgoing mail, including expedited and certified deliveries

Arranging and planning corporate functions Christmas party, summer picnic, etc.

Assisting accounting staff in document processing

Answer general calls and forward to appropriate personnel

Scheduling of conference room for meetings and preparing or arranging for appropriate amenities and refreshments for participants

Maintaining the corporate Out-of-Office calendar and daily notifications to all staff

Ordering and stocking the office kitchen supplies, coffee, tea, snacks, etc.

General secretarial duties using Word, Adobe, etc.
