ExpressPoint has a full-time opportunity for a Director of Program Management in our East El Paso facility. This role will support the company objectives and financial goals for ExpressPoint by providing leadership for all customer service programs and ensures results achieve company objectives including financial, delivery, quality, and new business development. Owns and manages customer relationships and is the primary interface between customers and company. Provides strategic leadership in formation of company direction and plans.. Actively participate in the formulation of ExpressPoint’s future direction endorsing tactical initiatives to achieve each strategic objective.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains strategic customer relationships
- Provides primary interface between customer and all company functions
- Develops service delivery solutions meeting customer requirements aligned with company standards
- Leads service solution development teams comprised of engineering, procurement, operations, quality and finance team members
- Establishes key metrics and deploys data driven actions including customer program and part level profitability, quality, fulfillment, inventory, forecast accuracy, and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement measures to assess and manage risks, ensuring that appropriate mitigation strategies are in place
- Stays current with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact business and operations
- Identifies team resource requirements, staffs and leads teams
- Ensure timely, tactful, and respectful communication with all internal and external customers
- Enforces all policies and procedures
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in preferable in engineering, business, materials management, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of operations experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management position
- Critical thinker who constructively challenges conventional constraints and delivers results.
