What are the responsibilities and job description for the Heavy Equipment Operator position at ExpressPros - Madison?
We are currently hiring equipment operators for a processing facility in Waupun, WI! This position requires equipment operation, so forklift or other operating experience is required. Work is largely performed outdoors in varying conditions moving materials in a metal scrap yard. Expect full work weeks with overtime possible in summer months. We are willing to train!
Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am - 3:30pm
Pay: $18-21/hour BOE
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience with heavy equipment operating (tower crane, forklift, loader, skid steer, etc.)
- Ability to work with customers
- Must be willing to work outdoors in varying temperatures and weather
- Reliability and a strong work history
- Physical ability to lift ~50lbs, bend, twist, reach, etc.
- Inspect Equipment for safety
- Load and unload material in all weather
- Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery
- Preform basic maintenance
- Willingness to complete
