What are the responsibilities and job description for the HVAC Inside Sales position at ExpressPros - Madison?
A HVAC supplier is looking to add an Inside Sales Representative to their team in Madison! This is a smaller branch location that consists of 5-7 employees. As the Inside Sales Representative, you will be the point of contact for customers regarding back orders, errors, tracking shipments, pricing questions, etc. Previous HVAC knowledge is required!
Pay: $20-22/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Receive customer order correspondence and write sales orders
- Research inventory items for customer orders
- Assist customers in identifying what products are needed
- Support outside sales as needed
- Attend sales meetings
- Review sales programs and promotions going on with inside Sales Manager
- Assist customers with back orders, errors, tracking shipments, pricing questions, etc.
Qualifications:
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience working within HVAC industry or distribution environment preferred
