What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Helper position at ExpressPros - Madison?
Our client is looking for Machine Operators and General Production Helpers! Come work for a well-known growing organization who prides themselves in promoting internally. This facility is well lit, and temperature controlled. We are reviewing candidates with experience from all types of industries, but longevity in previous roles will play a key factor in hiring.
Pay: $16/hr to start
***Potential to earn a shift differential on 2nd and 3rd shifts
Schedules:
1st shift Monday-Friday 6:00am to 2:00pm
2nd shift Monday-Friday 2:00pm to 10:00pm
3rd shift Monday-Friday 10:00pm to 6:00am
**May need to train on 1st shift**
Work includes:
- Set up and operate presses and other machines
- Report and document basic material, production, and quality control issues
- Assemble or assist with other roles as needed
- Read blueprints or production schedules for specifications
Qualifications:
- Willingness to learn
- Longevity/Loyalty in previous roles
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
