Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Payroll Associate for our client in Waunakee, WI! Our client is a construction company that has been serving the Dane county area for more than 40 years and has become a leading energy-related utility contractor. They are seeking a Payroll Associate to join their team and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for their employees. This role is essential in supporting their operations and keeping our workforce paid efficiently and accurately. This position is a Direct Hire opportunity!
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7/8am-4/5pm
Pay: $22-23/hr. DOE
We're looking for:
- Weekly compiling and processing of in-house payroll for 600 employees
- Review weekly timesheets
- Process ACH and employee pay stubs
- Update employee information in payroll accounting software
- Report and reconcile multi-Union benefits
- Assist with state and union audits
- 2-3 years of advanced payroll experience
- Proficient with Word and Excel
