Your Role with the Company:
In this role, you will be the face of the finance department. Although you will work side by side with both the Director of Finance and the Plant Manager - all different facets of the company will come to you. In addition, you will be the one responsible for reviewing and preparing the annual budgets and forecasts.
As a key player in the organization, you will be expected to understand the system, get to know the team and difference processes (such as inventory control and inventory count), spend time with the Director of Finance, and jump into the annual budget within your first three months.
Background Profile:
- Expertise in Finance and Accounting
- Expertise in preparing budgets and forecasts
- 3 years experience in manufacturing
- Exposure to material coming into the building in one form and going out of the building in another form
- Working knowledge of AS400 ERP systems and Excel
