ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for all production and repair activities in support of assigned product lines.
Bias for Action, Data Driven, Open and Honest and Sense of Ownership
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI's) :
On time delivery (optimize process through put and provide technical support)
MINUMUM EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE :
4-year degree in a technical discipline plus, a minimum of 5 years direct industry experience in a similar role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands :
Must be able to sit and / or stand for long periods of time, able to handle stressful situations and multi-tasking, able to work under time constrains, and will at times be required to work with some chemicals and bonding agents. Ability to lift and manipulate 25-pound objects, sometimes overhead. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
