We are seeking a React Architect with Hands-on who will be responsible for the development of high-quality, scalable, and performant front-end solutions. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping the front-end architecture while mentoring a team of developers to meet and exceed expectations. Your work will help shape the user experience of our cutting-edge web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and maintenance of front-end components using React.js, TypeScript, Next.js, and CSS.
Collaborate with design and back-end teams to translate wireframes and technical requirements into high-quality, maintainable code.
Ensure the front-end is highly responsive and resilient, providing users with an excellent experience across web and mobile platforms.
Implement best practices for code quality, maintainability, and performance optimization.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex front-end issues, ensuring the deliverables meet high standards.
Contribute to the evaluation and integration of industry standards, tools, and methodologies for continuous improvement.
Document software designs and participate in design reviews to ensure alignment with business goals and technical specifications.
Take ownership of your work, be accountable for decisions and outcomes, and foster a collaborative environment.
Qualifications:
10 years of professional experience in front-end development, with at least 8 years focused on React.js, TypeScript, and CSS.
Proven experience in Greenfield React/TypeScript development.
Ability to design and implement reusable components with a strong focus on performance and scalability.
Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles, and a passion for providing a seamless user experience.
Experience working in agile/Scrum environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior developers and work collaboratively to achieve project goals.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in insurance industries is a plus, but not required.
