What are the responsibilities and job description for the Extended School Year Program Nurse position at Extended School Year Rooms?
Qualifications:
Previous experience working with students preferred specifically students with autism.
A minimum of 48 or more undergraduate credits and/or a paraeducator stipend is required.
An Active Pennsylvania RN or LPN license is required.
Willingness to support children in self care such as, dressing, toileting and eating.
Physical stamina to participate in all activities including education, preparation of activities and material.
Must be available for entire 5 week program and available for training the end of June.
Must be a good team player, punctual, energetic, parent friendly and have an eagerness to learn.
ABA training preferred.
Description:
The School District of Springfield Township is seeking candidates who possess excellent interpersonal skills, the desire to work with energetic students, and the ability to relate well within the school community.
Terms of employment:
5.5 hours per day
Training Dates= June 25, 2025 and June 26, 2025.
Program Dates= July 7, 2025 through August 7, 2025, Monday through Thursday.
