Extension is seeking a Billing Coordinator for a DIRECT HIRE opportunity with one of our clients located in Pewaukee, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities

  • Monthly billing of various contract types
  • Creating and posting contract invoices, AIA forms, Lien Waivers
  • Job data entry and change order entry


Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • 1 year of Billing experience
  • Construction industry experience or project coordination
  • AIA billing


Salary Information

  • $60,000 starting
