Extension is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a Direct Hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Toledo, Ohio.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers, outside sales reps, & vendors via phone and email
- Provide updates on shipping, delays, quotes, etc
- Troubleshoot customer complaints, assist with processing orders, account errors, billing, etc.
- Provide updates on work orders/close out completed orders
- Assist with inventory control and prepare reports as needed
- Stay up to date on product knowledge
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Industry experience - plumbing, construction, and/or waterworks
- ERP experience
- Must be a team player and show willingness to help where needed
- Posses a true passion for customer service
Salary Information:
- Starting pay: $22/hr based on experience
