Extension is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a contract-hire opportunity with one of our clients located in New Berlin, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Answer/resolve customer emails and calls involving requests for quotes, shipping issues, technical support, and general inquires.
- Order Entry - new orders, returns, updates. Communicate/consult all changes with internal teams: Pricing, Marketing, Sales, Distro
- Review/update customer data in CRM/ERP system
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years of customer service experience within manufacturing or distribution setting
- CRM/ERP experience - Oracle experience a plus!
- Detail-orientated, team-player and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
Salary Information
- Pay: $20-21/hour based on experience
