Job Description
As our Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will lead projects aimed at improving performance, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Project Management
- Lead efforts to enhance performance, track metrics, and implement continuous improvements, reporting on project progress and outcomes.
- Support to Director of Operations
- Assist with Capex projects and operational initiatives, analyze processes, and contribute to strategic planning and reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in continuous improvement or project management in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in lean principles, Six Sigma, and data-driven problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
