PURPOSE
Provides support and configuration maintenance of Payroll and Timekeeping applications. This individual serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Carries out all duties while maintaining compliance and confidentiality and promoting the mission and philosophy of the organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Serves as the lead functional resource for the payroll and timekeeping applications. This includes, but is not limited to, lead contact for resolving application issues, coordination and testing of changes to software configurations and internal and external interfaces with these applications.
- Maintains compliance with corporate quality assurance policy and required documentation.
- Advises on how to configure the payroll and timekeeping applications appropriately to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of existing systems and look for alternatives that better meet the business needs (or recommend and assist in implementing enhancements to current systems and procedures)..
- Responsible for understanding the impacts that changes to the applications configuration will have on integrated applications, existing internal and external interfaces, and compliance with federal and state mandated regulations.
- Works with HR and Finance teams to understand reporting needs and creates/maintains custom reports as requested.
- Assists with the training of users on functionality within the modules as appropriate.
- Responsible for validating data integrity and accuracy across applications.
- Adheres to all company policies, including but not limited to, OSHA, HIPAA, compliance and Code of Conduct.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
Education: Minimum four-year college degree in business, Information Technology or System Applications; or minimum of five years of experience required.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience with ADP Payroll and Timekeeping or comparable applications. Experience with set-up/configuration of timekeeping applications required, ADP/KRONOS preferred. Previous exposure to project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects. Self-Service experience a plus.
Certificate/License
Certified Payroll Professional preferred.

- Working knowledge of current federal and state payroll and employment regulations
- Strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes, functions and data
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Working knowledge of relational database concepts.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
