Dream Advisors is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Office Manager for its office in Amsterdam who can make our office a place where everyone feels welcome and can work optimally. What will you do?
As an Office Manager, you are the indispensable link that ensures everything runs smoothly. You are the silent force behind the scenes and ensure that our office is always neat, efficient, and hospitable.
- Office Management: You ensure that our office always shines – clean, tidy, and representative. From managing supplies, directing the cleaner, to setting up meeting rooms, you have everything under control!
- Supplies and Orders: You manage everything, from office supplies to the tastiest snacks and drinks for the team.
- Equipment: You ensure that everything – from printers to coffee machines – always works perfectly.
- Environment and Sustainability: You think about sustainable solutions, from ecological cleaning products to vegetarian lunch options.
- Administrative Tasks: You optimize our accessibility via phone and email and manage mail, appointments, and meeting rooms. Contract management and password management are also in good hands with you.
- Support: You provide administrative support to various departments and projects, so everyone can focus on their core tasks.
Ad-hoc Tasks:
- You are the first point of contact for operational questions and IT problems and ensure quick solutions.
- You book business trips and reserve restaurants for important appointments.
- You organize business and staff events, from investor tours to fun office outings.
- You take care of gifts for special occasions, such as weddings and anniversaries.
- You are also the spider in the web when onboarding new colleagues and arranging necessities such as laptops.
What do you bring?
You are a doer who knows how to get things done. Efficiency, representativeness, and working independently are in your DNA. Furthermore, you have:
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- The ability to work under pressure and set priorities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and DocuSign. Yardi is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Full-time availability.
