Job Description:
As a Marketing Professional, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive direct marketing strategy that enhances our brand presence and drives business results. You will collaborate closely with a small team and upper management to plan, implement, and assess marketing campaigns across various channels. We are seeking a proactive and adaptable individual who can effectively carry out tasks and initiatives as directed by upper management, while contributing to the overall success of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement strategies to build brand awareness and engage our target audience effectively.
- Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and analyze direct marketing campaigns from start to finish.
- Full Campaign Ownership: Lead the execution of marketing campaigns, managing them from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Multi-Channel Marketing: Experiment with both organic and paid acquisition channels, including content creation, social media, PPC campaigns, event management, publicity, and lead generation.
- Budget Management: Develop, prepare, and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis to ensure efficient fund allocation.
- Performance Measurement: Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, offering insights and recommendations to optimize future initiatives.
- Collaborative Role: Work alongside a small team in a supportive, collaborative environment, while executing tasks as requested by upper management.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Content Creation & Leadership: Demonstrated ability to create compelling content and lead marketing projects.
- B2B Direct Marketing: Solid experience in B2B direct marketing through various channels (online, video brochures, email, direct mail, online ads, etc.).
- SEO Familiarity: Knowledgeable in search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to enhance campaign performance.
- Cross-Channel Campaigns: Proven experience in identifying target audiences and executing marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate across multiple channels.
- Website Analytics: Strong understanding of website analytics tools, including Google Analytics, HubSpot Analytics, and Hotjar.
- HubSpot Expertise: Hands-on experience with HubSpot is a must. Preferably, candidates will have 3 years of relevant experience.
- Numerical Proficiency: Comfortable working with numbers, analyzing metrics, and using spreadsheets to make data-driven decisions.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, along with relevant work experience.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
