Job Overview:

We are seeking a Commercial Cleaning Specialist to join our growing team in the Asheville area. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in their work and values consistency, efficiency, and high-quality results. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining pristine environments in corporate offices and apartment common areas, ensuring spaces are clean, sanitized, and client-ready at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality cleaning services in corporate office spaces and apartment complexes.
• Execute tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, restroom sanitation, trash removal, and surface disinfecting.
• Ensure all cleaning meets or exceeds company and client expectations.
• Follow structured cleaning schedules and adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job updates and special requests.
• Report any maintenance or supply needs to management promptly.
• Maintain professionalism and a customer-focused mindset while on-site.

Compensation & Scheduling:

• Pay is based per job, not per hour, allowing for higher earning potential based on efficiency and completed work.
• Cleaners have the flexibility to accept as many jobs as they want, creating their own schedules based on availability and workload preference.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous Commercial Cleaning Experience – Experience in office, corporate, or multi-unit residential cleaning is a plus.
• Knowledge of Cleaning Techniques & Equipment – Familiarity with professional-grade cleaning supplies and best practices.
• Customer Service Skills – Ability to interact professionally with clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Time Management & Efficiency – Capable of completing jobs in a timely and high-quality manner.
• Reliability & Self-Motivation – Able to work independently without constant supervision.
• Flexibility & Adaptability – Comfortable with different cleaning tasks and able to adjust to changing schedules.
• Attention to Detail – A keen eye for cleanliness and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
• Physical Stamina – Able to lift, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
• Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation – Essential for traveling to various job sites.
