Extreme Engineering Solutions (X-ES) is seeking a highly-organized and detail-oriented professional to coordinate day-to-day operations for the Manufacturing department. This individual will help to ensure departmental effectiveness and efficiency while providing a high-level of customer service. This is a first-shift position with flexible scheduling, paid training, and good benefits.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Create, update, and monitor work orders across manufacturing departments.
- Prioritize work for supporting departments to optimize production flow.
- Maintain and update manufacturing-related databases and spreadsheets to support planning activities.
- Coordinate communication between the manufacturing planning team and other departments, such as procurement, sales, and engineering.
- Monitor material shortages and provide timely feedback on their impact and required replenishment.
- Perform a variety of general manufacturing department support duties as assigned.
- Graduation from an accredited high school (or valid General Educational Development certificate).
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail, organization and consistency.
- Computer proficiency and familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work independently and with others while adjusting priorities to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work onsite from our facility located at 9901 Silicon Prairie Parkway in Verona, WI.
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing Management, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field preferred.
- Prior work experience working in ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle
- Prior work experience and background in an office setting using computers or technology like Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel (pivot table understanding), etc.)
- Advanced computer skills with ability to learn and use new applications.
