About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Electro-Mechanical Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development of complex electro-mechanical and software technologies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day leadership to successfully develop technologies that align with our company's strategic objectives
- Develop and manage complex technology development schedules
- Direct and organize cross-functional problem-solving and maintain technology development goals and requirements
- Identify and communicate program risks
- Work closely with suppliers to develop solutions and overcome obstacles
- Be a hands-on leader who achieves success through modeling best practices and a service attitude
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a strong background and experience in electrical, mechanical, or software engineering
- Minimum 13 years of applicable professional experience in engineering for the design and development of complex technologies
- Minimum 7 years of applicable professional experience in managing the development of complex technologies
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
