Position Overview: We’re looking for a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to join our team to work alongside and oversee a crew responsible for mowing, edging, weedeating, and blowing off properties to keep them looking pristine. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in landscape maintenance, strong leadership skills to manage a crew efficiently, and a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality work. They should be reliable, hardworking, and able to communicate effectively with both team members and management.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and manage a landscape maintenance crew to ensure quality work and efficiency
✅ Operate and maintain mowers, edgers, weedeaters, and blowers
✅ Ensure jobs are completed on schedule and meet company standards
✅ Train and mentor crew members in proper landscaping techniques and safety
✅ Communicate with management about job progress, equipment needs, and any issues
✅ Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with clients and team members
Qualifications:
✔ Previous experience in landscape maintenance or lawn care (leadership experience preferred)
✔ Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
✔ Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
