This role will be responsible for partnering with key business leaders in the IT and Services Organizations at Extreme, acting as a trusted advisor to these leaders and the broader HR team to align people strategy to business objectives. The successful candidate will help anticipate and assess people priorities, navigating complex stakeholder dynamics to provide expert recommendations and value-added solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong advisory and coaching skills, delivering high employee experience through strategic people programs and operations that align with corporate and cultural goals. Key responsibilities include driving organizational design efficiency, performance management, and HR initiatives that drive business outcomes for the IT and Support Services groups.
