We’re committed to helping our community gain access to reliable communication services through hands-on outreach campaigns. To expand outreach, we are hiring a Client Relations Associate in the area. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, adhering to our clients' guidelines, and maximizing outreach. The Client Relations Associate will work with the executive staff to execute community outreach campaigns, meet with qualifying individuals, and drive enrollment.
Client Relations Associate Responsibilities :
- Increase client awareness on available sales promotions and services through in person, interactive outreach initiatives
- Encourage customers to send referrals while qualifying leads and making sales
- Participate in classroom training sessions and product knowledge seminars
- Educate community members on available services
- Qualify buyers by using the buyer requirement standards and company policies
- Enhance our client's reputation by using top notch customer service skills
- Team management and mentorship
