Required

Responsibility extends to management of designing, implementing and operating data centric integrated Project Delivery Systems across all functions and disciplines required to support project delivery, such as:

• Engineering Systems including Engineering Design Systems, Project Document Management and Project Data Management and
• Project Systems including Advanced Work Packaging (AWP), Estimating, Planning, Project Controls, Procurement, Materials Management, Contracts Management, Construction and Completions and
• Third Party hosted systems, Information Technology (IT) systems and other enterprise systems. This position will manage the career development of staff while aligning capabilities to meet current and future market needs. Holds the team accountable for meeting task schedules, producing quality deliverables, and respecting project budgets/earned value projections.
  
  

Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Management of designing, implementing and operating corporate standard integrated Project Delivery Systems and data integration across all functions and disciplines required for AWP project delivery
• Optimize systems work processes and use of systems software tools to achieve the AWP project execution
• Build and manage a competent team for Data Coordination, 3D Model coordination, Project Systems and Project Document and Data Management support and relevant Application support and development
• Identify and coordinate systems training requirements in conjunction with Systems specialists
• Manage interface with applications Expert Users, Software Vendors and relevant 3" Parties
• Management of costs, allocation of licenses and adhering to conditions of Software contracts with suppliers
• Manage Project Delivery Systems project mobilization in line with project schedule
• Coordination of Project Delivery Systems for the execution of the project, including Engineering Systems, Project Systems and Information Management (data integration, warehousing and handover)
• Ensure delivery of relevant, timely data and information to all key participants and systems enabling the project to be executed to high quality standards
• Understand and facilitate Project Workshare systems requirements establishing monitoring procedures to ensure effective and timely delivery from HVE centers
• Influence project execution strategy to take advantage of the preferred Project Delivery Systems and software tools

Show Your Expertise

Minimum Required:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred
• 15 years of experience in design and piping engineering
• 4 years of experience managing a team of 5
• Strong knowledge of the Engineering / Procurement / Construction (EPC) execution process and information lifecycle
• Broad working knowledge of all related disciplines’ IT system including engineering design systems, data and document management systems, project systems (AWP, estimating, project controls, procurement, construction, commissioning systems) and information technology with specific expertise in one or more of these disciplines
• A strong understanding of engineering and project data management, including database technologies, data presentation, project data lifecycles and project data domains is required
