Job Summary: Assist the optical departments with selling, dispensing and fitting of glasses.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Have a professional appearance and friendly attitude.
- Be dependable and have a good work attendance.
- Greet patients in a professional, warm, friendly and timely manner.
- Provide high quality customer service.
- Be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills with patients and coworkers.
- Be able to multi-task and work independently.
- Must answer phone in a professional manner, and check emails daily.
- Give product recommendations based on patients needs and lifestyle.
- Take accurate measurements to ensure comfortable and proper fit before ordering glasses.
- Must be able to use lensometer and adjust frames properly.
- Instruct patients on how to use contact lenses .
- File vision insurance

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
