Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Administrator/ Director of Operations to lead our operational strategies and ensure the efficient functioning of our organization. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Working with the Administrator to future develop the Practice's Administrative infrastructure.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments. Provide administrative and facility support to satellite offices and their managers.
- Effectively handle incidents that occur regarding, patients, doctors, managers (Department Heads or coordinators) and employees, as applicable.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Assist with the insurance policy renewals including business insurance policies, general and real estate policies (except for Bern Road and PA Eye and Ear Surgery Center).
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to achieve successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and drive business development efforts. Prepare meeting agendas and provide the minutes as directed by the Administrator.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and partners to optimize operational performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring and developing team members.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational success and identify areas for enhancement.
- Serve in a lead administrative role in the absence of the Administrator.
Skills

- Able to learn NextGen PM and EHR systems
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering results on time and within scope.

- Experience working in senior leadership roles, influencing organizational direction.
