This individual is responsible for supporting and coordinating day-to-day advertising and marketing activities including the development, implementation, and tracking of the strategic marketing plan. The individual will also assist with outreach efforts and various administrative tasks.
Travel will be required between Largo and Naples, FL locations. Occasional travel to Gainesville and/or Jacksonville, FL.

- Supportive role in marketing the benefits of Eye Health America’s professional services.
- Assist with the implementation of the strategic marketing plan, goals, and objectives.
- Help track marketing and advertising budget.
- Conduct market research, competition, demographics, potential, market share, etc.
- Review Analytics & report as necessary.
- Coordinate graphic design for all marketing promotions, including advertising, literature, and displays for refractive and general practice needs.
- Help manage patient tracking database system, testimonial, and referral programs and reports, as needed, to assess the efficiency of marketing initiatives.
- Maintain an effective social media schedule for all platforms.
- Seek out media coverage as needed and help with monthly advertorials.
- Assist with website updates to ensure effective and current practice promotions/technologies/new hires.
- Coordinate media placement, including TV/radio, streaming, print, billboards, and other related media.
- Support Outreach with monthly event coordination.
- Willing to travel for in-clinic involvement, replenish signage/Mkt materials, and participate in other outside events and sponsorships.

- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Suite including Photoshop, InDesign & illustrator
- Prefer experience in Canva
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written
- Effective organization skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience using marketing database systems like lead generation tools (i.e. – MDProspects)
- Experience developing and tracking leads
- Experience with social media management
- Present a highly professional image within the community
- At least 1-2 years' experience in a marketing communications role, managing both print and digital initiatives and campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
