Prestige Staffing is searching for a Marketing Coordinator in the Greenville, SC area for a large Orthopedic practice. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key referral sources such as personal injury law firms, chiropractors, and strategic partners. This is a direct hire position
Job Duties
- Under the Marketing Manager’s supervision, builds and strengthens relationships with assigned referral sources to drive business to Peachtree Orthopedics through various marketing tasks such as Digital marketing, Cold Calls, Lunch & Learn hosting, delivering client appreciation gifts, and more.
- Serves as a point of contact for personal injury law firms, chiropractors, and other strategic partners, providing timely updates and support.
- Collaborates and communicates with the Personal Injury Scheduling Department as well as PI AAs to provide solutions and needed feedback to assigned referral sources.
- Collaborates with the Marketing Manager and Executive Director of Administration to ensure alignment with marketing and organizational goals.
- Performs administrative / clerical duties.
- Maintains an accurate record of referral interactions and activities in the CRM system to track growth and engagement.
- Assists Marketing Manager in organizing events, meetings, and presentations with referral partners.
- Gathers feedback and insights from referral sources to identify potential opportunities for improvement and growth and reports the feedback to the Marketing Manager weekly.
- Seeks new business development opportunities by engaging with potential prospects at PI industry events, conferences, and more.
- Responsible for meeting goals.
- Always maintains a professional appearance.
