We are seeking an energetic and reliable professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, also known as cold calls, to fill the Doctor schedules. They may also support in answering incoming customer calls during busy call volumes. We are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to make quick and accurate decisions.

Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to schedule appointments.
- Review reports to prioritize which patients need contacted to fill schedules.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to read, understand and edit excel spreadsheets
