Job Responsibilities:
- Check patients in for appointments and greet them in a pleasant and professional manner.
- Mark the arrival time of patients and ensure timely appointment scheduling.
- Scan patients' insurance cards and driver's licenses.
- Enter new patient demographic information into the computer.
- Verify proper authorization or referral from the patient.
- Present and collect fees, post payments, and schedule the next appointment.
- Maintain accurate records of past due accounts and collect payment at checkout.
- Manage cash drawers and balance daily transactions with payments posted and credit cards processed.
- Evaluate chart data to verify completed information and signatures.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
