Responsibilities
- Coordinating breaks and lunches for staff members
- Conducting daily log checks and schedules
- Enforcing policies and procedures
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients
- Maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe environment
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a Charge Nurse or in a management position
- Prior experience in an Operating Room, Ambulatory Surgery Center, or hospital setting preferred
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- Valid Kentucky Registered Nurse (RN) License required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
