Key Responsibilities

The Charge Nurse will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the facility, including coordinating staff schedules and ensuring patient care meets established standards
• Managing a team of nurses to provide high-quality patient care
• Maintaining accurate records of patient care and treatment
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of patient care

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and management skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes.

• Valid RN license and experience in an operating room setting
