Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily operations of the ambulatory surgery center
- Oversee patient care, ensuring adherence to established Federal, State, and accreditation standards
- Lead and direct a team of nurses, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Promote infection control practices and maintain a safe and clean environment
- Collaborate with physicians, staff, and other departments to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
- At least 1 year of Charge Nurse/management experience in an Operating Room, Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), or hospital
- Experience managing a team of at least 20 direct reports is preferred
- Valid Kentucky Registered Nurse (RN) License required
- Bachelor's of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
