Key Responsibilities:
The Charge Nurse will be responsible for:
- Coordinating patient care and managing staff
- Maintaining compliance with healthcare standards
- Supervising nursing staff and ensuring a safe environment in the operating room
- Participating in direct patient care and implementing policies
- Maintaining accurate medical records

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience as a Charge Nurse/manager, preferably in an Operating Room, Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), and/or hospital. You must have previous nursing experience in one of the following settings: Operating Room (OR), Pre-Op/Post-Op, Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
