Oculoplastic Surgeon - Full Time - Relocation Assistance Outstanding Benefits Package - Cheektowaga, NY
We are seeking a Full Time Oculoplastic Surgeon to join a well-established Private Practice in
Cheektowaga, New York
DETAILS
Full Time - Oculoplastic Surgeon
4 clinic days 1 OR day per week
Extremely lucrative opportunity - only 1 other Oculoplastic Surgeon in the area (currently has a 9-month wait list just to be seen)
40-60 patients per clinic day (depends on the volume the incoming doctor can handle)
Strong Tech & Staff Support including Clinical Supervisors and Scribes
ASC with 7 OR's
OD in the practice takes all the call - MDs are secondary call 1 week per month (very rarely gets called)
COMPENSATION BENEFITS
Year 1 Base : Up to $500,000 25% after threshold
Up to $10,000 for Relocation Assistance
Opportunity to be a shareholder in the ASC (after 1 year)
100% Paid Family Plan for Health & Dental Insurance
401k company matches 50% of the first 4% contributed (eligible after 1 Year Anniversary)
PTO : Starts at 4 weeks
Year 2 = 5 weeks PTO
8 Paid Holidays 2 additional Holidays off
Up to $5,000 for CE allowance (100% Paid CE if practice asks the doctor to go to a specific CE)
100% Paid Licensures, DEA, Associations
