Responsibilities
Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. Must work 40 hours each week to maintain full time status.

Responsibilities
- Setting project goals and developing plans to meet those goals
- Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
- Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
- Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
- Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
- Conducting risk assessments for projects
- Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress
- Partnering with IT operators, engineers, architects, product owners, development teams, and other IT stakeholders to collaborate on project delivery
- Bachelor's Degree or Associate’s Degree with equivalent relevant professional experience
- 3-5 years of Project management experience within an enterprise environment, preferably with a focus in product development, IT, or technical projects
- Prior experience in the implementation and advocacy of project management and/or development best practices, such as Agile / Scrum and Waterfall or Hybrid
- Experience working with remote/offsite/offshore resources in a globally dispersed environment
- Strong attention to detail, specifically related to the assurance that deliverables meet project deadlines and the overall delivery of solutions adhere to the project plan
- Expertise in managing stakeholder relationships at all levels of the organization
- PMP or related certification
- Previous experience working in the healthcare industry
