Summary

EyeCare Partners is seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of a variety of projects within our IT program management office.

Responsibilities

• Setting project goals and developing plans to meet those goals
• Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
• Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
• Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
• Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
• Conducting risk assessments for projects
• Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress
• Partnering with IT operators, engineers, architects, product owners, development teams, and other IT stakeholders to collaborate on project delivery
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Associate’s Degree with equivalent relevant professional experience
• 3-5 years of Project management experience within an enterprise environment, preferably with a focus in product development, IT, or technical projects
• Prior experience in the implementation and advocacy of project management and/or development best practices, such as Agile / Scrum and Waterfall or Hybrid
• Experience working with remote/offsite/offshore resources in a globally dispersed environment
• Strong attention to detail, specifically related to the assurance that deliverables meet project deadlines and the overall delivery of solutions adhere to the project plan
• Expertise in managing stakeholder relationships at all levels of the organization

• PMP or related certification
• Previous experience working in the healthcare industry
  
  

Position Type/Work Hours

Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. Must work 40 hours each week to maintain full time status.
